At retirement each participant can receive an (A)nnuity (R)etirement (B)enefit.

A participant who no longer works for a contributing employer and is retired from any Operating Engineer Pension Fund or Company Retirement Plan may receive their Annuity Account in one of the following ways:

  • One Lump Sum Distribution.
         
  • An ARB to be paid in 60 or 120 months as selected by the retiree.*

 

*A monthly ARB can only be selected if the Annuity Account balance is at least $3500. Otherwise, only the Lump Sum Distribution is available.
