The
Welfare
Plan was established in 1968 by the International Union of Operating
Engineers, Local 66 and participating employers who had signed a
Collective Bargaining Agreement. The purpose is to provide quality
medical care to the Local 66 membership. Employers make monthly
contribution payments in accordance with the terms of each Collective
Bargaining Agreement. As contributions are received they are entered
and recorded to calculate eligibility on a quarterly basis.
